Thank you for checking out The Everyday Feast!

My name is Tedi and this blog is a place for me to share my passion for food that makes your taste buds tingle and your body happy.  I am a lifetime Weight Watcher member turned Keto enthusiast.  I have struggled with my relationship with food all my life, trying every diet including many years as a Weight Watcher member.  It wasn't until I started to listen to my body and see food as my partner, and not my enemy, that I was able to shift my mindset.  Now I am eating the greatest food of my life , feeling stronger both physically and mentally, and enjoying all of the awesome benefits of my ketogenic lifestyle of working with my body, not against it.

That is not to say that this road is always easy, or that I don't slip up from time to time.  That is why I not only share my favorite recipes weekly, but also my struggles and triumphs in my Weekly Musings, to hopefully keep you motivated and reminded that you are not alone.

I post a feast-worthy, ketogenic recipe once a week .  I don't want you to worry about trying a new recipe so I include step-by-step pictures so that you can feel confident about your next Everyday Feast meal.  Also, each recipe has the Nutritional information so you can easily track your macros and Net Carbs.  You will note that a lot of recipes have Weight Watcher points and don't seem to align with Keto.  Before I had my Keto Awakening, I was a devoted Weight Watcher and started this blog in that manner.  I wanted to keep those recipes for those that want them, but will only be posting delicious Ketogenic recipes for the future.  I am hopeful that this will inspire you to try new flavors and get excited about cooking at home.
