If you are having a rough week and all of those guilt ridden foods are calling your name (we all have them), let me know.  Or maybe you just sat in a meeting for 3 hours, with with a plate of cookies in front of you and you said "No!" I want to hear about that too.  Being healthy and staying healthy, both mentally and physically, is hard and we need each other.
